We had Gemma a local Pharmacist come and talk to us yestetday about Types of pain Acute & Chronic, she went through some of the different medications the group was taking and there side effects along with statistics about them working in different people. A great handout too.

Brilliant turn out for our first and second crafty chat. Some brought along crafts that they are doing at home and others have started a new craft using the craft supplies that Aileen and Wendy have on offer (a donation is asked if any supplies used).
There is a selection of adult colouring/drawing materials, sewing, croqueting, cross stitch and knitting on offer to try with the help of Aileen and Wendy. Jeanne and Alan make a cupa for the chat part. Your welcome to come along just for a cupa and a chat if you want.
